Enabling communities to translate the Bible into their own languages not only increases access to the loving and life-bringing heart of God, but translation projects become incubators for literacy programs, literary and artistic cultural preservation, and leaders who are able to serve across various facets of their societies and inter-culturally as well.
Developing women as leaders within their communities helps break the cycles of violence and hate which plague our families and societies. It is too easy to forget, or turn a blind-eye towards, communities ravaged by disease and violence–communities with a desperate need for leaders to sponsor and enact systematic change.
